Midway Ford of Miami is searching to hire a motivated individual with a great attitude who likes working in a fast-paced environment, dealing with customer e-mails and phone calls, setting up appointments, and providing office support. Training is provided and is ongoing.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Call-taking and appointment scheduling
  • Scheduling and performing a follow-up call to both clients and inhouse team
  • Office tasks and other duties assigned by management
  • Must possess top-notch customer service skills
  • Enjoy heavy phone/internet interaction with clients

  • Excellent & Professional Communication skills
  • Ability to follow Scripts
  • Discipline and organized
  • Fast typing and writing skills
  • Ability to generate appointments
  • Communicate in both English and Spanish via phone and e-mail
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • A flexible schedule is necessary
  • Submit to a background check and drug test
